New projects coming up in Guam and Hawaii, and O3 Energy talks about the future of solar energy with the lieutenant governor of Guam.
DALLAS, July 20, 2015 /PRNewswire/
O3 Energy Solutions has decided to open up new operations outside the mainland in Hawaii and the Marianas Islands. The company will be offering project development, financing, and construction services in these areas. The first project is set to break ground in Guam in the next quarter, with many more projects to follow.
In June Brad Stutzman, Managing Director of O3 Energy Solutions had the opportunity to tour future project locations in both Hawaii and the U.S. Island territory of Guam. During his stay at Guam Mr. Stutzman was fortunate to sit down with Ray Tenorio the Lieutenant Governor of Guam and discuss the future of solar energy on the island. With the cost of electricity being so high on the islands the opportunities for the solar industry to expand in these areas is growing rapidly.
With ongoing projects in Hawaii, California, Arizona, Texas, Puerto Rico, and The US Virgin Islands, the current market focus is commercial, municipal, and small utility clients who would like to lower their dependence on fossil fuels. This category of energy users is regularly overlooked by current solutions available in the market today.
