O3 Energy Solutions and Smart Energy 360 partner to complete a 50KW solar array at the Chase Bank Building in Denton

For the past 6 months Dallas based O3 Energy Solutions has been working on a project in Denton, Texas that is now the largest commercial scale solar project in the county. O3 Energy Solutions is excited to announce its partnership with Smart Energy 360 in the completion of their first solar project in the state of Texas.

Located at the Chase Bank building off of Highway 380 this combined 50 kilowat solar array has a total of 150 solar panels and is expected to produce about 45% of the entire buildings energy consumption.

In an effort to get off coal completely the City of Denton has a fairly aggressive goal to obtain 70% of its energy from renewables by 2019. Along with the abundant wind energy already in place, new solar projects will be a key piece to accomplishing this goal.
