Commercial Solar Sales Representitive

O3 Energy Corporation is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Commercial Solar Sales Representative to generate sales of solar electric systems via in-person meetings, telephone or a combination of methods. Employee will identify customer needs, create and present proposals offering the appropriate products and demonstrating value to the customer with the goal of closing sales. Employee shall conduct business in a professional, ethical and legal manner and in accordance with corporate objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • - Generate qualified leads, including cold calling, community events and networking
  • - Present the company and its capabilities, including project financing to customers
  • - Perform in-person consultations, that include inspecting customer’s property and assessing existing conditions, to determine needs of commercial building owners
  • - Respond to leads or opportunities in a timely manner
  • - Actively work to cultivate, gather and assist customer referrals
  • - Work in conjunction with the administration staff throughout the sales process
  • - Maintain a high level of customer service
  • - Act as a knowledgeable and credible commercial sales professional to ensure a high integrity process that fully informs the customer regarding their options and a best fit for their situation
  • - Other duties assigned to meet business needs


Qualifications:

  • - Self-starter and motivated to succeed
  • - Detail oriented and polite, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a dedication to high levels of customer service
  • - Must have reliable transportation
  • - 2 years minimum experience in Commercial Sales in the Solar Industry
  • - Knowledge of CRM software


** Base Salary + Commission (Salary based on candidate’s experience)

** Full-time position
